Behavioral Evaluations are provided as a community service (there is no charge). All medical and psychiatric emergencies should go to the nearest Emergency Room. We serve all seven San Joaquin County Emergency Departments.
For non emergencies, we accept appointments for evaluations Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. For an appointment, call (209) 461-2000.
Additionally, you can complete a personal assessment module to determine need for services.
