The
Chemical Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
is designed for adult individuals who need comprehensive treatment because of alcohol and/or drug dependency. Individuals in this program have an acceptance of their dependency and demonstrate a willingness and motivation to achieve recovery from alcohol and/or drug dependency without hospitalization and a motivation to remain sober through new coping skills and behaviors. They generally have supportive family and friends and an environment that can support their recovery process.
Case Managers can also provide assistance in helping locate sober living arrangements as needed. St. Joseph's Behavioral Health has a relationship with Valley Sober Living (VSL), which provides supportive sober living environments to enhance our out patient treatment program.
